The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has signed a reconciliation agreement by the Ministry of Rural Development (MORD) to increase women’s skills, market access and entrepreneurial capacity in the Self -Help Group (SHG).

“Using Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH), SHG women and trainers will receive a formal certificate for their skills.
